GE Oil and Gas has introduced a redesigned version of its DVS Centrifugal Pipeline Pump for liquid-pipeline applications. The latest version of the GE DVS Centrifugal Pipeline Pump, most commonly coupled to an electric motor for pipeline pumping, offers three to four percent higher efficiency than prior GE technology for liquid-pipeline applications, with a flow of up to 9500cum/hr, reducing electricity costs and associated CO2 emissions from power generation.
